Model Coop contest - entry deadline March 7,2011

No BUT, 3M Scotch is having a contest for building things out of tape - no joke. Go to their website and see - people as creative as their entrants should be locked up somewhere. They can't be from the same planet and shouldnt be allowed to make us( me) feel so inferior.

KFCChickenlady - you probably weren't born that early. I never screamed so much in my life, and that was before I knew all the girls were screaming over the Beatles. It just struck a cord with me or something. I have been hoarse ever since - plus my hearing is pretty much shot in one ear. Oh Ringo and I share birthdays he is July 7th. also. Can't remember the year tho. I'm sure it would have been a match made in heaven. Good grief I am hijacking my own thread.

Really excited for the model coop contest, and a question, Will these be judged at all by the materials used? Like, wood, paper, etc.?

Tigerstripes, I thought I answered your question but don't see the reply. Materials don't matter one bit, you could use marshmellows, playing cards, anything. CUTENESS is the major factor.

I said to DH...I have an idea! He says, Uh oh, what now? I said, can you build me a birdhouse that looks like our chicken coop? Voila...He made one. The roof comes off for easy cleaning.
