Here is an image of the nesting space in my coop. This is a chicken coop like you would be at Tractor Supply. It is made for 6 chickens, but I have 8 pigeons in it instead. The chickens have a way bigger coop.
They have fresh food & water daily. I open up the sliding door that has mesh protection (like you see to the left but bigger), so they all get fresh air, sunlight and can still be amused by the ongoing outside.
The camera I use is an Akaso camera I bought off of Amazon. I use their action camera as well as a pet camera. This is normally an outside camera for security. 😜 I’m a pigeon spy. 🕵🏻‍♀️👀
Any questions?
And yes my pigeons are spoiled. 🥰😝😝😝

Here is an image of the male pigeon caring for the naturally hatched chick. This green pet bowl I purchased at the Dollar Tree ($1 each), they make perfect pigeon nests along with the straw.
The second Image is of most of the Modenas being able to free-range walk and “fly” freely
I was soaking my Sulcata named Penelope also that day.

Here are two images. One image is of the mixture I used for this little guy. Second image is of the baby pigeon (squab) after it’s first feeding with me. I gave it back to the mother hen (b) so that she could attempt to learn from this experience and also so that she could care for it more so than I could. (I’m not a bird lol, although sometimes I think I am. 😜)
Any questions?

Here is an image of the last chick (#3) hatched out using an electronic (Brinsea) incubation method.
This little guy has a dark beak. I think I know who the parents are, although I could be wrong. This little guy will belong to hen B on the right.
The other two chicks were born with all pink beaks. So excited to how they will put turn out!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🐥👌🌻☀️
Any questions?

Is the Brinsea chick going to real parents now?

Do they need the heat plate in the "coop"? Do they roost on the perches?

The baby is adorable now that he dried off.

I know next to nothing about pigeons, but I'd like to learn, if you don't mind all the questions!
I love answering questions I’m talking about my own experiences. I don’t mind at all, so keep on asking.
There is a perch on the lower area which is the first floor and the breeders are in this enclosed area on the second floor I will post an image of what the coop looks like to get a better idea of the whole coop. I like to give them different options since they all have different preferences. They don’t really perch on the upper level perch, but they do tend to use the lower level one.
As for the Brinsea heat plate, it’s Purpose is to be there during the evening hours To give the pigeons an option to stay warm if they choose to. Just like reptiles, which birds are related to I like to give them a warmer area in a cooler area. They are not cold blooded but they do tend to like to stand on top of the hot plates to keep their tootsies warm. 😍😍😍😍😍
