I check the babies every day. They are getting ginormous. One decided to join the other squab on the other side. I’m so excited every day to see the young birds grow.
Apologies for not posting we are getting ready for the process of purchasing land for our farm to grow.
HAVE A HAPPY EASTER TOMORROW GUYS!

Hello everyone!
We are still working hard on acquiring farm land, caring for all of our animals as well as our garden.
The squab are growing very large. Here are some pictures of them. B59BE50B-CE24-43A6-B723-CBC0759F782F.jpeg 7B99234E-9411-4338-8F08-B99CBD6824C8.jpeg
There are now 8 more Modena pigeon eggs in the incubator. If anyone is interested in owning any of these gorgeous creatures at the end of the breeding season please let us know.
The first egg I found was cracked in the air pocket part of the egg, so I did a little bit of McGuivering and placed part of a clear food serving glove thumb over the egg halfway, but still covering the cracked side. I sealed it with Elmers glue and let it dry before placing it in the incubator. There is confirmed embryo growth in the cracked egg I fixed. So very excited to see it wasn’t all in vain and that my idea worked!
