Modified hoop coop idea, been done?

That door is 36 wide by 84 high so definitely a factor in anything I come up with.

Fairly accurate, but there's some flexibility on how you set the curve of a livestock panel.
'Catenary curve' is defined by a hanging chain and misapplied in that illustration.

Another thought on this. Look at my hoop coop page, shows how I modified the curve. Looks pretty Catenary-like on the right, but I didn't want that.
So cranked it down with a ratchet strap and stuck a cross brace in to hold where I wanted it.

Exactly, its more of an egg shaped pointy curve...

How did you attach the wood that maintains the shape? Did you just need one piece front and back?
