I know, it was an OMG I can't believe you said that, LOL. They are owned by BC Partners, a private equity firm that owns PetSmart, but are allowed to still run independently for the most part.

Kalmbach food is made here in the USA. Chewy gets it from them. China has nothing to do with the making of the food. That is the discussion here.
