Molting Chicken with bleeding open sores???

My girls are molting and one of them is pecking at it. She now has 2 dime size open sores that are bleeding. After watching them, she seems to be the one pecking at herself. Is there something I can do to keep her from doing this and what do I do to treat the sores?

You can spray Blu Kote on her or there's stuff called no pick. I have the no pick stuff and it's purple, so it does temporarily dye the feathers coming in. They don't like the taste of it, so it helps keep them from picking at it.

Went to all of our local store and could not find either of these products! I ended up covering her back with duraplast(a second skin bandage) and it seemed to work. I am going to go online and see if I can order it. Thanks for the help!
