Molting mid winter

I'm sure this is not all that abnormal but our Bard Rock is molting. Many of the feathers are gone from her neck. I can see the new feathers coming. Is there anything to keep them from freezing to death. We don't use artificial heat and they are quite hardy birds.

Mine are doing teh same thing now, i was worried myself but they certainly do manage just fine as long as temperatures aren't rediculously cold.
