Molting or Another Issue

Hey everyone. I was looking over my birds yesterday and found this issue on one of my Orpington's head. I am not sure if she is molting or if another issue is coming up. She is about 4 months old. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Could be the start of molting, pecking by the other chickens or lice/mites. Check for the lice, if there are any, treat her and your flock. Watch if she starts to moult maybe. And monitor to see if the chickens bully her. Then you can figure out witch of those options it is. Other than that - don't sweat it
