Month old chicks not eating

Where do you live? Can you get a ground grain mixture, or something similar? Wild bird food? What do people feed their chicks and chickens there?

They usually feed which is in my language (bajra) red rice , feed which is fed in poultry farms it's available for us, and many things chicken eat , but the problem is I have month old chicks so I feed them (roti) it's in Urdu and worms
