I would expect a Frost White Legbar to be completely white and to have a crest.
This chick has quite a few bits of black, and no crest (I'm looking at both the first picture and the more recent picture when I say that.)

So I think probably not.

I like the aesthetics of this picture. You picked a good background for this bird, IMO, I like the way the marbling of the background brings out the almost marbling of the bird's coloring. Her legs look kind of greenish to me here, but that may be due to the lighting inside the box. I think she's pretty and unique. No clue as to ID though.
