yep it is i seen them tonight going to buy i love sitting on the porch
we pulled all the bushes from around that area and got rid of half of them neighbors seen and asked can we have im sure and you get the skeeters that come with them.
i have a bug zapper doesnt work at all its just for cheap entertainment you know you live in country and are bored when you sit and watch the buggs get fried

i will be buying some do the plants get BIG?

i have also read lemon grass is good for skeeter but so areas its hard to grow.

not sure how big they get. also, planting catnip helps a bit, but the oil is more potent. also, you might not want cats coming into your yard and tearing the catnip up. I like the citronella idea too, but i'm not sure it would survive this far north.

i feel for the people with ponds for their ducks! i've seen "mosquito dunks" that you can put in the water but is that safe for the ducks/fish? i hear of people using it in their pools...
