Maybe he should get a baseball bat. Or an axe.

All those birds need to be trained that THEY are not above ANY human in the pecking order.
Well, actually if you think about it, the sultan roosters have the backyard as their territory and another male(even if human) is entering it and may go after their hens. I'm not saying it's right, but it does make it more understandable.

Skipper is hormonal, I will agree that he's pretty sure he's top dog (or bird). And all I can figure out about that is that I'm short and my husband is tall. So putting your head above the bird is asserting dominance, and any time hubby is near Skipper, that is how Skipper see's it. While I'm more on equal footing with Skipper.

Turns out that PJ, the indian ringneck parakeet, just loves everyones feet. He fed my daughters toes the other day much to her disgust. I could hear her screaming at him from outside. "PJ that's disgusting, OMG you are so gross!" etc. I thought maybe he left her a gift from the other end, but it was just some nasty vomit feeding. Showing some birdie love haha!

I had a budgie that would feed bells and mirrors... :lau

This bird also chased his friend away from his mirror, refusing to socialize with anyone (human or bird) and would bite hard enough to draw blood if you dared touch him or his mirror.

Just starting to follow the thread now...I am late to the party...lol!!

I've had a few evil birds...but I'm supposed to be doing taxes. (My hand "accidentally" clicked the wrong button. Ok...series of buttons)

My latest evil bird. He may be the evilest, given his tender young age. He's the lovely black and white chick in my avatar. I bought 2 cartons of eggs (my first time) and only two birds hatched. So inside joke is that they're each my $50 birds. We pretty much figured the chick's a male because he was just about to turn 1 week old when he started attacking my hand. Not cute like...but the real thing.
(Ok, it was a bit cute at first...lol!)

Territorial with a capital T is an understatement here...lol. He was only hatched on March 13th so he'll just be a month old. I've just never seen a chick like this so young.

Should. Be. Interesting. And that's no embellishing.
He thinks he's alpha. The sooner he realizes I'M the alpha, the sooner things will get easier for him...lol.

You must have at least one bird that isn't a angel? Btw, I sold FredZilla to someone else, so there is peace now!

It should be illegal to sell a duck to anyone... And selling a goose should be a hanging offense......

Have you talked to the person you sold Fredzilla too? Does he have any peace now? Did he eat fred?

After reading this forum I am glad all my birds are still Angels! Although I do have some 9 week old chicks that run at me when I enter the coop none have attacked. I think I might be tempted to kick one of them if they did. ( not that I would ) after having all the kids, I have the last thing I would want is a chicken or duck with attitude.....my teens give me enough of that. Although having a fiesty one in the coop and sending a attitude laced teen out to feed would give me much joy! LOL!
