First off, while this has potential to be interesting, if more people come clean about their evil, mean birds, nothing beats the Zombie Chickadee. That is evil incarnate. BTW I thought I would show you how I treat birds that are mean, evil or misbehaving... I present Chicken Gitmo.. You will never guess what offense landed her in here.....

That would be my guess since I have a similar Gitmo for that purpose. Only real difference is my Gitmo sits at 4' off the ground so the convict is at the same level as the rest of the flock when they roost, and so they can't stay warm underneath.

I never thought about that, I could raise GITMO up a tad to keep her cooler, as if sitting in a cement floor in 5 degree weather is not cool enough... I hope she lays an egg and becomes useful again soon...

Mine usually take 3-5 days to break and another 5 or more to lay again but I've never had one go broody in the winter. I could see it if you lived in Texas where "winter" is summer for you and me .... but you don't.

Thanks! He is easy to get a face photo off, but usually his bill is on the camera, I had to get one where he was a little more calm, or it would be a blur!

Evil is a point of view.... I guess.

When the coyote was scoping out my chcikens he was accosted by five Guineas. Screaching and swiping at him with their beaks and holding their wings up.... He left the property with his escort running at him and pulling tail hair.... sayin... "This aint right...."

My score card said 10.0..... and boy I was glad I wasnt the recipient.
