Where did you get him? He is absolutely gorgeous

I bought him from a local breeder. She was going to keep him and changed her mind. He was 4 weeks old when I got him, she'd been keeping him indoors so he was already imprinted on humans. Now he thinks I'm his mother and cries for me every evening. He snuggles on my shoulder and preens my ear while I'm watching TV. When he was little he used to tuck himself under my chin. Here he is when he was a baby:
