If you're on a computer, go to an article and above the title there should be the words 'Member Pages', (shown in the red circle), click that.

Then, you should get a page that looks like this one shown below. Click the blue 'Add a Member Page' button, (shown in the red circle), and there you go! You can make your coop page!
