Cricket's tendon just slipped to the other side today. :hit I put her back in the sling to hold her leg straight. Please pray with me that her tendon will heal in the right place and that she can be a normal fluttery Guinea like the others!

I'm sorry. :hugs

The pigeon has broken it's wing right at the joint. It's snapped through the skin. There's not a lot of blood, but it must be in major pain. We're going to see if we can get a place at the emergency vets for it tomorrow.
We've not done much, except for give it water and put it somewhere safe. :(

:hugs :hugs guys I'm so sorry to hear that :hugs

None of the vets are open tomorrow, and the only rescue we can reach is full. :(
We've had to improvise. We've cleaned the joint and wrapped the wing with a bandage we found - hopefully that'll stop it from flapping it around.
It seems a bit wobbly, but I think that's because it's a little stressed, and it doesn't know what to do about the bandage. We don't have any pain relief.
It's thin, and it won't really eat. We've given it a little bit of water, but I don't think it was enough.

It just needs to make it through tomorrow. Then we can take it to a vet on Monday.

How old do you think it is? Could you post a pic?
