I'm nervous because I have big cross country race on Saturday, and for the past few days every time I run over 3/4 of a mile my lower legs cramp really badly. That is also the reason I'm in pain.

I have the same issue. Whenever I just go to the store to help get some things and get home, my legs and feet hurt so bad!
