I do know what you mean with parents, there just so busy all the time . Maybe if you sat them down, and told them that this is very important to you, and talk in a hushed voice. That is the only thing I can think of.

Mine aren't busy at all. That's why it annoys me so much.
I do sit down and talk to them. They just ignore me.

I've been attempting to draw some (hopefully) realistic looking eyes lately. (Hopefully is the key word. LOL. )

Lovey hasn't left the coop all day. She's not eating or drinking. She's just sitting there. I can't pull her out, because the bloody door is broken. I don't know what to do. I think she's going to die. I feel horrible for wanting her to die. But no medicine helps and no one wants to help me help her. I think she's in pain and I don't want her to be.

I've tried to. So many times. But, she has so many problems, she's old and medicine doesn't seem to work anymore. I don't think there's anything I can do. I'd take her to the vets, like I've wanted to for months, but my parents never want to take me. I guess, I just spend time with her.

I guess I all I can say is spend time with her, make her as comfortable as you can, and tell her how much you love her.

My mother says she "saw" her. Which I don't believe. I looked EVERYWHERE in the backyard. I stayed in a chicken coop for 30 mins to hear her squawk or something. Nothing. I gave up.
