I don't see how plant milks are disgusting... We make oat milk. It's really cheap, easy to make, and it tastes great.

Yep. I don't mind them cooked Into stuff, but with cereal and dipping cookies into it I just prefer nut milks or coconut milk.

Hey... Soya milk is nice in tea. And ben and jerry's dairy free ice-cream is great.

I struggled the most with giving up dairy. But you know that you can get/make a dairy free version of everything, right? You can still eat cakes, pancakes, ice-cream etc.. And it'll be better for you too.
