I am very odded out right now though.No feathers.No blood.No remains.Nothing.i have had this happen before.with by baby girl sunshine.came home, gone.No feathers.i had something attack my flock, none killed, but I can't find out what the creature is.

A fox. They are very sneaky, quite and patient. Lost one of my drakes last weak to a fox. I think we're going to trap it and kill it to keep the flock safe because it keeps coming around. We're lucky we've only lost one so far. :/

I love and hate foxes!im sorry, destany!good.ive lost one hen to a fox(think)one to hawk, and the drake to fox I guess.

The ones I hate are raccoons, I lost two chickens to them and they kept eating all my chicken feed

Yeah, I can understand. I love foxes and think they're beautiful, but I'll do what I must to protect my flock. I don't want them to be picked off one by one. I know that he'll be back for another snack. :/

I keep my feed in plastic bins. It keeps It dry and pest free. Only complaint I have is the roches still get in.
