Moving To a Different State

Well Happy New Year everyone!

Sorry for not updating y'all on the move sooner, but things were crazy!

We did get a clear from the vet, packed everyone in a 2 horse trailer (we ran out of time to eat any of our roosters and just brought them with us for a total of 53 chickens), and made it to the new place in one piece! :celebrate

Unfortunately, I had a hen with coccidiosis and with all the stress she passed a couple days ago.... I noticed some bloody poop in their coop but didn't know whose it was until the last minute and everyone seemed healthy so I ignored it - BIG MISTAKE!:hit I'm currently treating everyone with Corrid just incase.

Anyway, everyone else is doing great, some of the hens have started laying again, and the goats are eating normal quantities of food and gaining back some weight. :D:D

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice for my trip, I greatly appreciate it!!

Congratulations...sorry you lost one.
Make sure you aren't giving the vitamins while treating with Corid.

@Kiki Oh I wasn't aware I'm not supposed to be giving vitamins (I have their vitamins in a separate waterer from the Corid). What is the contradiction with the two?
I am half asleep so I can't remember which exact vitamin it is but it will basically cancel out the Corid.
Please save them for after the treatment.

What day are you on and how much Corid are you using?
The Corid water needs to be the only water available.

Thiamine...I believe it's thiamine.
