The hatching eggs listed on your site would all be great, but I'm especially smitten with the intense egg color assortment.
Kudos for the hatching eggs for education as well, for a long time now I've wanted to do a hatching project with my high school students and my tabletop incubator.

I'd love to have some of your Olive Egger eggs. My first egg when I started with a home flock eight years ago was an olive egg. When my Audry died, the beautiful olive green eggs stopped. Love to have some again.
