To what i am understanding here ( please tell if i am wrong ) because i really want these ducks,
If one purchases Muscovy's before 3/31 and do not sell any offspring then that person is ok to keep the ducks do to a grandfather law that will take affect?

Lets sue the FWS for their incompetance. And where is PETA? Shouldn't they be screaminga bout the innocent slaughter of dute little fluffy ducklings?
