Muscovy ducklings

I have a 3.4 week old Muscovy named amire she gets enough niacin when she hatched out she was fine everything is going good but recently it looks like she's getting splayed legs

Carpet she actually just runs around my room it's duck proof so nothing she can choke on

Her feet are dry ik that she does have her bath and she does go into it the dry skin doesn't bleed or anything so I read it's just her growing

That is not just her growing. What type of feed is she getting? Can she move her legs? Do they bend?
