Muscovy female normal eyes or problem

I don't know if this is normal in a young female. She started getting the bumpy skin around her beak. I know females get it around their eyes too. I just wondered if this is normal looking or if I should give an antibiotic. She's in a temporary pen until we get a cold front to build her a good pen. But we have had a lot of rain the last couple weeks after a hard drought. So everything is a muddy, muddy mess. But I have a good filter on her water so she is dipping in clean water, which is temporary from our fish tank years ago. Normally I have the set up 1st, but she was found dropped on a field by a hawk when she was little. Thanks for your help!

It is normal for a muscovy female to have red around the eyes.

She's adorable! I got her a friend duckling when she was little from the feed store so she's not alone. It's really cute. They seem to like each other. So far the other duck seems to be a girl too. They did the needle on a string test. So far so good. I'm relieved!
