Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Friends, I need some help with silver, particularly from people who have bred blue and silvers. I understand how the genetics work, but I find some sites that show silver as almost white-looking, some that show it as a light blue, and some where they actually look, well, silver.

I want to breed blues to sell because that's what is in high demand in my area and I need to decide which of my ducks I'll be over-wintering to breed next year and which will find new homes.

Some photos, ducks are completing or have just completed their first molt:

Is this boy silver or blue? Or lavender?

With his brother, mid-molt, who I can tell is for sure blue:

I have a male and female like this. Both look mostly white, but have a bit of tan on their heads and light blue/gray in their tails. The female also has it on her back/under her wings. Are these silver? Buff? Pied something? Their siblings have the tan color in their tails but not the gray color.

Thank you for your help!

Got three new whites from someone to add to my flock. We kept them in a pen for a week before adding to the rest. They didn't eat anything andhardly drank the entire time so we had to turn them over to the flock in hopes they would help. Any ideas? Don't want them to starve. So far they are getting along great. Better Han when we introduced the pekins. The others welcomed them with open arms and have been hanging out with them. But the whites are not people friendly...

Hi there
I would really like some help on trying to work out what gender my ducks are if anyone who has any experience in this and knows what to exactly look for in a male or female then please can you take a look at these pictures.

Also does the white baby duck look abnormal?

Was honey pop inside in the brooder for a long time like 2 months? Sometimes when I keep my ducks inside for to long they can get that but I excerise it out, swimming everyday, outside play etc. for about 2 or 3 hours a day, always under supervision

Paddles (black wings) who was starting to look like a drake has changed direction! I'm 99% sure she's a she! Puddles on the other hand has hit a growth spurt and if he isn't a he that's the most drake looking hen I've ever seen! Lol I'm gonna wait a bit to make sure and then get Puds some girlfriends. Of course I'd get a pair when I've already got a drake!
