Muscovy keepers share your pics!

When I introduce new members to my Muscovy flocks, I always add at least two. Also those 2 must know each other or get along. Sometimes catching all your Muscovy's and putting them into cages and doing a full clean out then putting new ones in with the Muscovy's work. Mine will pull feathers but then are perfectly fine 2-3 days later!
I have a Muscovy question.
Whats a safe and effect ive way to introduce three new hens to my three older muscovy hens?
Ive tried everything and they persist to act nice after a month of see no touch then i let the new girls in a few days go by and i see blood on two older girls bills.
Two of my older hens ripped open my younger chocolate hen just like the drake did but instead of above her tail they were after her vent. She is now in the house with the other two younger ones. And younger ones I mean 3-4 month olds fully feathered and everything. My drake has since joined camp freezer due tp his very undesirable behavior and temper.

Im at an honest loss. Sell my older girls or risk loosing my three young one to being mauled to death?

So upset. This person has a beautiful lilac Muscovy I want! but they are selling the 3 in the picture as a group for $115

Plenty of space. A-frame temp coop big enough for 8 full grown muscovy girls or 6 girls 1 drake.
Huge trampoline frame run, they are getting expanded to my old garden plot with roosts and a larger coop.

This isnt just festher plucking its ripping them out and skin big bloody mess

Keep them separated till you put them into the new area. it will be new to them all and just might make it so they all bond together since it will be new and ducks don't like New.

I sell Muscovy's to my area. Sometimes people pay me to drive long distance to meet half way. Adult Muscovy's are no more than $20 each around here. I asked this person why so much for only 3 and they are only 3-5 months old. They claim they are all females too. Young Muscovy's sell around $10-$15 at most. And I just got an email saying they bought their first Muscovy's from me last year, and that they have been adding new Muscovy's from others as the year went by. I sold them a pair of Lilacs last year for $40 for the pair and they were unrelated from two different breeders. And they were 5 months old. They refuse to sell just the one to me. But they want to buy more Muscovy's from me.
Wow, in my area you're lucky if you get $10 per bird.

@Nyla
When i introduced i had three girls different ages from two over one and they bonded instantly. Theyve been in a huge brooder box in my basement untill they fully feathered.
What happened last week is my drake whom is now dinner prep, ripped all of her feathers from the grooming gland to the tip of the tail skin, and then today two hens did the same but from start of the tail to tip of tail from below, as if heading for her vent. The other two are untouched but my aggressive hens are proving to be an issue.

Have you covered the bloody areas with blu-kote? Also is the new Muscovy around the same size? My Muscovy's didn't like others who were smaller then them. They would chase the small ones around. When this happens, I like to catch them and put the bully and the one being bullied into a dog kennel together and carry them around my yard. Sounds horrible, but it worked for my aggressive Male when I add'ed a new male to the group. Also I like to put VetRx on my Muscovy's who had feathers ripped out. It helps heal and grow back feathers. It does many more wonders too. I like to put VetRx on the entire flock by spray bottle, every time I do this they it seems they lay down and relax. But that is in my own opinion.
But then there are some who are just very territorial. I had a Lavender breeding group of 6 (1 M 5 F) that wouldn't accept any new members. I ended up selling them.
