Oh no, that looks like the beginning of an angel wing. I have no experience with it but know it can be wrapped into place. I'm sure some of our experts will come along shortly. @Miss Lydia ?

With those big legs, I'd say drake.

I still think it's a hen. I had one last year with slight angel wing. I attempted taping but the duck got out of it within minutes. Mine still has some wonky wing feathers but otherwise is okay with it.

Thanks for the info! I wrapped it. She's pretty ticked off about it but hopefully it will stay on long enough to help.

Check in about three days if it’s starting to correct then wrap again. No swimming while wrapped.

So I'm thinking hen on this one. I read about the females getting wing feathers first, buy in my case the boys got all the feathers first so I won't go off feathers. I'm looking at the size of its feet compared to it's body. I'm Australian and I'm finding theres slight differences in our scovies, ours definitely have shorter legs. So I could be way off. But what ever it is I love the colouring!

Everyone who guessed drake, you win! I have a drake who just got feathers exceptionally early! Athena lost all other noises except his hiss and I finally resigned myself to the fact that he is in fact a drake. Thanks for all the guesses along the way!
