my 3 new chicks -- first time buyer

3 of the 5 chicks I ordered and got
3 and 5 did not make it

I'm sorry about your chicks that didn't make it. I lost one this year first time out of shipping. It sure puts a damper on the excitement. Your set up looks nice a lot like mine. Mine are in a large dog cage but I put a blanket over it to prevent any draft. I'm using a brooder plate as well. Hope your others do well. Again sorry for the losses.
