my 3hr old peking duckling is just laying there & the naval area looks real swollen.

This is my first time hatching duck eggs. The 1st one did great but the second is 3 hrs old & just laying there. What i think is the naval area is real swollen and looks infected? I know time is of the essence. Is there a treatment?! Is it contagious?

its not contagious but needs to be treated... I would try blue coat.. GL

X2 on the duck section. You should try some coconut oil on it and put some apple cider vinegar or probiotics in the water. Hope he heals!
