If it's egg yolk peritonitis, her abdomen should be swollen.

When she was egg bound, you mentioned the yolk, and membrane coming out. Was the membrane intact around the yolk, or was it torn, possibly leaking?

The membrane was intact around the yolk. It actually looked like an egg from a distance. What does that mean?
Also, I would say her comb and wattles are of a normal color. Sometimes they do seem to be a little pale, but then other times I look and they seem normal.
Her abdomen is not all swollen, but I do feel an egg shaped mass in there, when I check the other girls, they don’t have anything like this.
I treated her for mites with a garlic solution spray today and kept her in the box inside until her feathers dried. She had feed in there, calcium, greens, water, but pecked at it very little, almost none. The only thing she ate while in the box was some dried grubs.

I would guess she's either egg bound, or your first prognosis of egg yolk peritonitis is correct. I'd start with liquid calcium, and warm water soaks. Do you think you would be able to give her shots of antibiotics? If not, take her to a vet, and let them check her over, and either give you oral antibiotics, or show you how to give her the shots.
