Missing skin can grow back in time if kept clean, antibiotics can prevent infection, puncture wounds can heal as long as no organs or blood vessels were torn, though punctures are the main source of infection. Really deep ones will need to be sutured but many times it’s best to keep them open so you don’t seal infection in, but you have to keep them clean at all times.

The extent of the injury in the picture is serious and I really think it needs to be seen by a vet, if it’s just a degloving wound, skin peeled off it can heal but it’s a slow recovery, punctures are far more serious, this is a vet situation.

Your doing the best you can.
Can you bring your lil duck inside?
He needs to be warm. He's in shock. I've read people put theyre ducks in the bathroom in the tub. Put down old towels on the tub floor.. The tub area is a good place to contain him. Keep it dark. Try to settle him in a dark WARM, no drafty area. Make sure he has water to keep him hydrated.
Can you do that?

idk if you could see the photo that i attached but there isn’t really any puncture wounds there was a bit of blood from the feathers but idk i just really want him to stay alive i love him

Stay calm for your lil guy.
Cut all of the feathers off to expose the entire wound.
If you have access to Chlorihexdine that would be my first choice for cleaning a wound.
Then coat the entire area with a Triple antibiotic oint. Slather it on to keep the wound coved with it and keep that open flesh moist.
You might have to go to a store to get the Triple Antibiotics oint. You will need A Lot of it.
Hold him if he is use to being held and keep him quite and in a warm place. If he will drink, give him some water with a lil bit of sugar in it.
I know your very sad but put him in a lil area and turn the lights off And let him be. You've done your Best.
If tomorrow you can get to the store, buy Triple Antibioric Oint and Chlorihexdine.
If you don't cut the feathers off tonight, do it tomorrow.
