My baby silkie is sick.

So My silkies eggs hatched about 3 weeks ago and Everyone seems to be doing fine except one. He's got droppy wings, his butt is starting to paste up and one of his eyes are closed. I cleaned his butt today and later on the day the poop got dried again. The chick is eating and drinking fine. It runs around sometimes but sometimes it falls and it stays laying down. I'm planning on getting it some vitamins and electrolytes for him tomorrow but I just want to see what I can do for it while it waits.
