my barred rock layed a blue egg!!!!

so i cracked the egg but the remembered that i forgot to wash it. i was planing on giving it to the chickens as scrambled eggs is this ok or does it need to be washed for the chickens?

Chickens with red earlobes lay brown eggs not all of my pullets squatted before laying
Not necessarily a link to egg color. I have had hens with white earlobes lay brown, cream, or tinted.

I have an EE that has white Earlobes, that lays jumbo pink eggs with white, or brown speckles.

If you cross an Ameraucana hen with a Barred Rock rooster he would pass the barred gene down to the female chicks. All the hen chicks would be barred.the males would not.
False.

Breeding solid colored hen to a Barred Rock rooster will produce all offspring with barring Since he's Double barred.

If it wasn't poopy, you can eat it.
If it was poopy it's fine for the birds.
