My bird has the bird form of Mycoplasma, help!

Before you get more chickens you will need to completely disinfect your coop and the run area. I recommend Oxine or Elector PSP. You will not be able to put chickens in there for two weeks after treatment. I also hope you inform your neighbor that the chickens are now infected with a communicable disease so they can take the proper measures to insure its not spread further. Good luck.
I will, thank you so much for the support. I will definitely do that, thanks a million.

They are wild-ish and do what they please, they ran to my house, I do catch some and quarantine them and give them meds to make sure they are healthy for a couple days, then I put them back.
This is BAD.
Don't continue to do this.
This is exactly why there are problems with getting antibiotics now.

By them running loose you are risking the neighborhoods chickens of getting this and spreading through your county, that is BAD.
You don’t understand, first of all, his chickens are the ones who brought it to me. He does not care if I tell him to rid of them, he is selfish, now I have to rid of mine and he knows somebody who will butcher them. Also, he got the disease from other people’s chickens. So yeah, I see what you mean by spreading. But even my Pa won’t let me cull now that I have thought about culling them. I’m sorry, this really was not a good thread to post.

I understand the chickens were his but it is better to quarantine your area. disinfect your yard and neighbors yard and keep wild chickens away.

The neighbors chickens are the wildish ones. They are never fed and come over looking for food, so I go over there and feed his cats, boarhog and roosters (wildish) because he is too lazy to build a house on that property, so he lives in an apartment.
