Hi, I was cleaning my birds cages and my bird hurt herself, and now her leg is bent back and she’s hopping on one foot. She also appears stunned and is breathing heavily. There is no blood or anything, it’s just her leg is bent behind her. What should I do? Is there any course of action I can take?

That doesn't look good. Is a vet an option? That looks like the leg is either broken or displaced. A vet might be able to fix it, otherwise you're looking at a permanently maimed bird or culling.

As a update she has a broken femur bone, and she’s gonna get cage rest in a small location we’re she doesn’t have to move much. I hope she’ll be ok
I'm glad you were able to get her to a vet. As long as the leg is splinted properly and she doesn't get it off, I imagine she'll be okay. Quail heal pretty quickly.
