My Button Quail Are Picking On Each Other, What's The Best Approach?

This one is not better but here it is anyway:

They are roughly 2.5 square feet I think
 
You have a lot of space. I've found very useful a "second floor". Your coop is high. You can add something like a table shape with a ramp and a small box with dirt on it. This way you will add 2 hiding places, up and ander the floor. It's good exercise and boredom buster. I provided one to an old couple I have and she escapes there when he becames aggressive. I also hung vegetables and throw a few seeds in the sand box to keep them busy.Make sure your ramp has something they can grab to, because they are not much of a climbers. I keep repeating that about the 2 floor, I know, but it really helped me in many situations.

I know it's looks like they have a lot of things but now they never quarrel. ( The ramp needs changing often. It gets popped)

and I use this mesh to avoid waisting. Once on the floor they won't eat it.
