My Cayuga drake

My male Cayuga duck is about 9 months old and keeps vibrating/wrapping his head around us/ and biting either our legs or arms. He also keeps doing the same to our hens and dog. I can’t tell if he’s trying to mate with us/ show us his love/ or is angry. Any idea why he does this? .

Does he have any female ducks to shower his attention on?

Keep him away from your chicken hens they are not compatible in the sex department. Rooster don't have a penis and drakes do which can mortally injure your hens if he mates with one.

Oh my, that’s concerning. No he doesn’t have a female duck we currently can’t take another duck into our home. Would that be the only solution?

No, you can keep him with out any females. But drakes are very hormonal and need to learn that biting isn't acceptable behavior. Best thing would be to get him some female ducks though.
