My champion pekin has somthing wrong with his foot please help!!!

I have a three year old pekin that used to have bumble foot, and now I don't now what he has! I didn't catch it right away, so I took him to an avian vet that said he would be ok. A surgery and a couple hundred bucks later, he has got something else!!! The vet just made it worse!!! I don't know if it's something different or the bumble foot just came back! He limps sometimes, but not others. His foot is swollen and hot to the touch. The bottom of the foot looks like bumble foot. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have a pic? I have used clear iodine when treating bumble foot and have great success. We got a lot of rain this year and it washed away most of the top soil in our yard so everything is hard. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/807777/bumblefoot-new-ideas-on-treatment-with-pictures

I will try to get some pics. I was also wondering if there was something I could give him to make the swelling go down and make him feel better, cause I got a show Tuesday and I really like my birds so I don't want to take him if he feels or looks bad.

Call the vet and ask for an anti-inflammatory.
