My Chicken Artwork. What do my Fellow BYC'ers think?

Thank you very much everyone. I am hoping that I can continue with doing chickens and other live stock like this because I just don't see very much of it. I'll get all the scans done soon so I can start advertising prints as well! :)

Here are some doodles I did while in a history class
Dark Brahma rooster (pen)

White cochin hen (pen)

Millie fleur d'uccle (Pen)

Another piece I found from high school (pen and colored pencil)

WOW!

Excellent work! I particularly like your black and white ink drawings. Have you tried playing around with India ink and a dip pen? Think you'd be amazing at that too.

Thank you all :).

@Punk-a-Doodle - I'll have to try to do a nice ink piece. My next chick piece I'll try that and see what I get!

Here is the drawing I am working on now. Slowly getting through it but so far looking pretty good. Using colored pencil and maybe some water colors for the back ground... What does everyone think of the chicks? The little guy on the far right has been giving me trouble.... Also what does everyone think of the basket of eggs? Should I keep it or get rid of it and just have the mother with her babies? Going to shade them some more to get more depth. I'll be sure to update the pictures when I have gotten a little farther!

I sure needed your help when I was TRYING to paint a brahma hen on my "Hinkel Haus" LOL DONT LAUGH!!! he he he I had red paint, tan paint and a black sharpie!!!!
