My chicken is choking on something pls help

Did you read the sour crop thread that wyorp rock shared in her reply? Or worm her? Do you have anyone to help you restrain the hen so you're able to stretch her neck out a little bit, open her beak and get a good look using a light? As far as food, how long has it been since she ate? Hydration is the most important thing, so you'd want to make sure she's hydrated before considering tubing feed into her. Is she drinking at all? How long has she had crop problems? Is she blocked and the contents have become soured or is she suffering from sour crop? You've already received some wonderful advice. I'm hoping your hen will be more comfortable very soon
she is drinking fine and ether wants to lay an egg right now or likes the small dark laying box Haven't wormed her yet I can try looking down her neck again she might have had some grass to eat in the last hour when I let her out to stretch and she decided to go into the laying boxes she has had crop problems since July you were helping me with that tread and I thought her crop problem was totally resolved but then it either wasn't gone or it came back she does have sour crop and the crop keeps getting bigger and smaller it also feels squashy I have worming liquid not powder that says I have to withhold water before bed then put the worming liquid in the water for when they get up so it is not very fast-acting I have read the sour crop article that wyorp rock sent and will see if our local pet and produce store has the right medicine

Update: she is now almost throwing up. the stuff is yellow but she is trying to swallow the gunk back down
Sounds like canker.
Get some help like @HeatherKellyB suggested and try to get hold of the gunk to pry it out and get it analyzed to be sure what you are dealing with and how to treat it.

Then get Metronidazole for proper treatment in case it is trichomonosis.

Update:
I got up this morning and went straight to the chickens I picked sally up felt her throat and couldn't find the lump I also felt her crop and it was hard instead of squashy it wasn't intirly full there was some food in there. I think she vomited out or swallowed what was in her throat last night but I believe it is a miracle from heaven because I thought she was seriously going to die yesterday:yesss::wee:woot

P.s I am definitely not an expert but the stuff she vomited up doesn't look like canker it was more watery than that

Pp.s her face is rather hot much hotter than the other chickens (I noticed this yesterday while I was taking the videos but I forgot to mention that)

I meant to reply to this before the holidays but they just came upon me so fast and the next thing I knew I was camping

But before I went camping I had been praying over her and one morning I woke up and the was no lump and no sour crop she was perfectly fine like nothing had ever gone wrong when we came back from camping she was still happy and that is how she is today hopefully she doesn't get sick again but I am going to declare this a miracle!

Thank you for the update! I'm glad to hear she's doing well:)

Hi, my chicken is sick she has had sour crop recovered than got it again and is still trying to get better yesterday she was making odd movements with her neck so I felt it and there is a circular lump and she cant seem to eat but can drink with some difficulty I don't know how to get the object out her moth (although i don't think it would fit out) or into her crop she is not struggling to brethe or anything like that however she cant eat not shoure if she could eat wet food like in a puray form many any help if very appreciated I hate to see her in this condition :hit

(the video)
Olive oil it's safe for them put some down in her mouth try to lubricate it massage very gently turn her upside down and see if you can get it to break free carefully

AMEN

I've heard giving olive oil and massaging the crop can work but i'm pretty sure that's for an impacted crop and we don't know for sure what your chickens problem is; I hope you manage to sort her :(
