Awwww, we are all sad right along with you. Losing our feathered friends is just THE worst feeling. Thank you for trying so hard to help her & go hug the rest of those that are left. Personally, spending time with the ones who are left is the only thing that ever makes me feel better. And I tell them what happened, that their sister is now back in the spirit realm & that I am very sad. I have always had someone step up and become a lap chicken in an effort to comfort me, which speaks to their kindness, intelligence and understanding (to my way of thinking, anyway.) You may not get a lap chicken outta the deal, but they will 'tend you', as a member of their flock.
