My chicken is shaking, tail down, not eating much

DE won't cure lice. You need permethrin or some other poultry dust. No. Lice will not make a chicken sick.

You didn't answer my question about the compost and rotting vegetable matter.

You may never see darkling beetles. You need to tip over rocks and other items they hide under. They are about half inch long and black.

What does her crop feel like this morning? Is it empty? Is it full? If so, is it soft and squishy or is there a hard lump?

@azygous I am confused. Maybe you can explain? I have had lethargic chickens die from an infestation of mites/lice. Not sure which as my eyes are bad as well.
Why is this one sick and not caused my the lice please ?

Lice feed dead skin. However, mites do suck blood and can make a chicken sick from anemia. The lice you can see on a chicken, especially around the vent. Some mites live on a chicken, and other kinds live in the coop and only come out at night to feed on the blood of the chickens.

To know which you ar dealing with, lice or mites, requires you to go out at night with a flashlight to look at the perches and legs of the chickens for crawling bugs.

How long exactly has she been sick? Was she laying regularly before this? Were any eggs thin-shelled or soft? What does her poop look like?

Do you have a compost pile where you dispose of rotting food? If so, was any mold on it?

Yes my chicken eggs was so soft that che chicken melted. Chicken tail is droopy and shes shaky. Last night I did the egg bound treatment and this morning she laid an egg. Soft and it melted.
