My chicken is sitting but when do they stop taking eggs??

My chicken is sitting on 10 or so eggs and has been for 3 or 4 days but keeps pulling the eggs in that the other chickens lay before I can get them out. Is this normal??

Unless you isolate her where she doesn't have access to the other eggs, she'll keep adding them.

Yep, what Katy said. I usually mark the eggs I want her to keep, so I don't pull em out when she is brooding.

I mark the eggs too, that way I know which ones she is keeping, because they will abandon the other eggs before they hatch.
