My chicken is unwell

So this chicken was saved from a chicken farm we built her a house bought her food (I have no idea if she’s a girl) she doesn’t lay eggs and we’ve had her 2 weeks? And now she is having orange diarrhoea and can’t walk she has to flap her wings to keep balance please help
The greenish-brownish, solid, squirmy-looking poop is most likely a cecal poop (normal). The white diarrhea is concerning, though.

It could be anything from kidney problems to a vitamin deficiency.

It could be she needs calcium and vitamins. Can you pick up some Poultry Cell or Nutri-Drench and put some of that in her water? You could also give her one of your calcium pills if you have any. The best for her would be 300 mg Calcium Citrate +D3. She can have a whole one, just put it in her beak. Once a day for a few days. If you have only Tums, that'll work in a pinch. Just break it in half and put one at a time in her beak.
