I have a chicken maybe 9 months old, and the other day it wasnt singing and it didn’t want to move a lot and it poops out yellowish and always stays still in one spot. What’s wrong with my chicken? It barley wants to eat

Do you have more than one?
What temperature is it usually at?
What size is the enclosure?
What do you feed it?
Does it have access to fresh water all the time?
Have any other birds been near it?
Feel the front of its body, around the chest, to see if there are any odd bulges.

No i only have one
Its around 80 during the day and 50 at night
Like about 6x6
Chicken food, and sometimes food from inside
Yes
Yes when they try taking its food
Okay thank you

Is ur chicken is Rooster Or Hen?
I can understand ur worry its hard to see a sick chicken whose a happy one ..don't worry
Do u deworm ?
How many times he did yellow poop
Does that yellow poop is foamy looking with bubbly texture?

Its a hen and no i didn’t de worm like twice and not it just look like a little yellow with regualr poop

Please examine your chicken all over. Look for external parasites (lice, mites). Look at the chicken’s vent. Does it look clean and healthy? Like someone else already said, feel her chest. Make sure her crop is empty in the morning. Feel her breast muscle and see if her keel bone is sticking out excessively. Is she laying eggs? When was the last one? Is her abdomen swollen and squishy at all? Is she breathing normally and quietly?
It’s possible she is ill, but also possible she’s having a juvenile molt, which makes them feel lousy. Is she dropping feathers? Does she have any bald spots? Any prickly spots with pin feathers?
Sorry about all the questions. Just trying to help narrow it down.

She hasnt layed any eggs
I don’t know
She’s breathing like before normal and all
And i just wanna know what’s wrong so thanks

Did you feel her body all over yet? The keel bone runs up and down her chest. Feel if it’s sticking out sharply. It’s too difficult to tell just by sight because of all the feathers. Her crop is the bulge on the upper right side of her chest. Please check that it isn!t sticking out in the morning.
She may need to be wormed. Can you put poultry vitamins and electrolytes in her water? Is she drinking?
Moving the coop could stress her out, which could intensify an illness, if she has one.
