Go and feel her body to see if anything is shaped wrong, then post the results. That's very important right now, and is one of the best ways to figure out what's wrong.
What does "chicken food" mean? What kind?
What kinds of food does she get from inside? Any meat?

Lettuce and i felt her and i feel a bumb in front but i have always felt that but not that big and no not meat just corn and protein

Do you have any pictures of the droppings? I went through this about 6 weeks ago with one of my hens. She had a very bad yellow green poop, and was acting very lethargic. I isolated her added Nutri-Drench Poultry Solution and Sav-A-Chick Electrolyte and Vitamin Supplements to her water. She wasn't eating much so she got spoiled for a few days and got a scrambled egg twice a day along with her regular feed. I added a little Sav-A-Chick Probiotic powder to the eggs along with adding Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth to all her feed to help combat any possible internal parasites. I also applied some VetRx Poultry Aid to her beak twice a day just for added treatment. After about 3-4 days her poop cleared up and she became very impatient in the isolation coop I have. I kept her isolated for 2 more days and was able to reunite her with the rest of the flock. I also did take a poop sample to my vet for to check for bacteria infection and parasites and both test came back clean.

Also here is a handy go to checklist when diagnosing. http://www.henhugger.co.uk/sick-hen-checklist.html

Her poop was yellow liquid with somewhat white and yesterday she pooped that and today in the morning she poop black like always

It looked like the middle one

If she has never laid an egg, she may have a reproductive problem. Also coccidiosis can cause diarrhea, sleepiness, poor appetite, and weight loss. You could try taking in some fresh poop to a vet to test for coccidiosis or worms, or go ahead and treat her for possible coccidiosis. Try getting her to drink water, and give her some poultry vitamins or NutriDrench orally. Do you have your chickens on a layer feed or flock raiser?
