I am so sorry. Times like this are never easy. I lost one from my flock shortly after I inherited them from my neighbors to a disease and had no idea until it was too late that she was sick. I have now put myself together a chicken first aid kit and have spent countless hours reading up and understanding my chickens better. These forums have been a blessing to me in my research to better understand and work with my girls. I hope this does not discourage you from getting more birds in the future. You may also check around and see if any of your local vets also specialize in birds. I am very fortunate that the vet I have used for years for my dogs and cats also has a vet in the office that specializes in birds. Again I am so sorry for your loss.

Like weeks before she started singing like 3 times a day and before she singed like every hour and then in the morning i was taking a bowl so she can drink for coccidiosis and when i got their she was just laying down and i started crying. I screamed for her to wake up but nothing. She had her eyes closed and thats when i knew she was dead. So sad
