My chicken still doesn’t walk right

So we got our first batch of chickens about 4 months ago. We ordered online through a hatchery. Of the 6, 3 were dead on arrival. About a week after we got replacement for the 3 that didn’t make it. But one of the original chicks started displaying symptoms of splay leg. We tried treating it the best we could but she now walks pigeon toed and trips over her own feet. I had to separate her from my flock and put toe caps on her toes to keep her from cutting her feet open. They were all vaccinated for mareks. Any ideas on what to do?

Could you post some pictures of her standing or walking from the from or back? There are several leg bone deformities such as varus or valgus deformity and others, that might be possible.

The leg that she’s been putting all her weight on seems slightly larger than her other leg. When she walks she has a tendency to step on her own feet which is why I’ve been putting toenail caps on her toes.
