My chicken's eyeild is drooping

Hi there,

This is my only one chichen at my backyard and she almost 3 years old. I just find out this morning her eyelid is swallen and drooping as showing in the picture.

Could anyone tell me what happened? Is this can be cured?

What is your location? If mosquitoes are out, I would think that your chicken has fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. There is no treatment, it lasts about a month and goes away unless they have a secondary infection. I would apply some antibiotic ointment into the left eye twice a day. Hopefully that would treat any eye infection. Here is a good article to read about pox with pictures:
